Section 01
Terms of Service
1. Agreement
By accessing agenticopsstudio.com or purchasing any service, you ("Client") agree to these Terms of Service with AgenticOpsStudio LLC ("Company," "we," or "us"), a Nevada limited liability company. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Services Provided
AgenticOpsStudio designs, builds, and optionally manages AI-powered automation agents for US-based service businesses. Services include but are not limited to:
- ·AI Voice Receptionist — automated inbound call handling, message capture, and owner alerts
- ·Lead Conversion Agent — automated lead follow-up sequences via email and SMS
- ·Ops Autopilot — workflow automation for scheduling, CRM updates, and internal communications
- ·Custom AI Builds — bespoke agent development scoped per written agreement
Specific deliverables, timelines, and inclusions for each engagement are detailed in your purchase confirmation and onboarding materials.
3. Payment Terms
Setup fees are due in full at time of purchase. Monthly management fees (where applicable) are billed on a recurring basis beginning 30 days after service launch. All payments are processed via Stripe. By purchasing you authorize recurring charges for the plan selected. Prices are in USD and subject to change with 30 days' notice for active subscribers.
4. Refund Policy
A 7-day no-questions refund is available on setup fees provided deployment has not yet commenced. Once the onboarding call has been held or any build work has started, setup fees are non-refundable. Monthly management fees are non-refundable for the current billing period but can be cancelled before the next renewal. See our full Refund Policy for complete terms.
5. Client Responsibilities
To deploy successfully, Client agrees to:
- ·Provide accurate business information, call scripts, and workflow details during onboarding
- ·Respond to setup questions within 3 business days to avoid timeline delays
- ·Ensure all use of AI agents complies with applicable federal, state, and local laws
- ·Obtain required consents from end-users before deploying SMS or voice automation in their jurisdiction
- ·Not use our systems to transmit spam, illegal content, or deceptive messaging
6. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, Client receives a non-exclusive license to use the delivered automation workflows within their business. AgenticOpsStudio retains ownership of underlying systems, templates, and methodology. Client-specific customizations become the property of the Client. Neither party may resell or white-label the other's work without written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
AgenticOpsStudio's total liability to Client for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by Client in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind. Results from AI automation depend on variables outside our control including call volume, lead quality, and business operations.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate managed services with 30 days' written notice. We reserve the right to suspend service immediately if Client violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or uses our systems to cause harm. Upon termination, Client access to managed infrastructure is revoked; self-managed installs remain with the Client.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Clark County, Nevada, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

AI Use Disclaimer
What Our AI Agents Do
AgenticOpsStudio deploys AI-powered voice and text automation agents that assist with:
- ·Answering inbound calls and capturing caller intent using natural language
- ·Following up with leads via SMS and email within configured timeframes
- ·Routing calls, sending owner alerts, and logging interactions to your CRM
- ·Automating scheduling, reminders, and internal workflow notifications
What Our AI Agents Do Not Do
- ·Replace human judgment for complex decisions, disputes, or situations requiring professional expertise
- ·Provide legal, financial, medical, or licensed professional advice
- ·Guarantee specific outcomes, booking rates, or revenue results
- ·Operate without occasional errors — AI systems can misinterpret speech or context
Client Disclosure Obligations
Clients are responsible for disclosing AI involvement to their end-users where required by law. In some US states and localities, call recording and AI disclosure laws apply. It is the Client's responsibility to comply with all applicable regulations including but not limited to the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), state wiretapping laws, and FTC guidelines on AI-generated content.
AI Model Providers
Our voice agents use large language model infrastructure from third-party providers. By using our services, you acknowledge that call transcripts and message content may be processed by these providers for response generation. Providers are contractually bound to data handling standards consistent with their published privacy policies. We do not use your business data to train AI models.
Monitoring & Override
We recommend Clients periodically review AI agent call logs and message histories to ensure quality and appropriateness. Escalation rules are configured to transfer calls to a live human when specific keywords are detected (e.g., safety risks, legal threats, medical emergencies). Clients may request custom escalation triggers at any time.
Section 03
SMS & Text Message Policy
Consent to Receive Messages
By submitting your phone number through any form on this website, you consent to receive text messages from AgenticOpsStudio related to your inquiry, service setup, project updates, and related communications. Message frequency varies based on your engagement and service status.
Message & Data Rates
Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply to all text messages sent and received. AgenticOpsStudio does not charge separately for SMS communications related to your service. Carrier rates are your responsibility.
Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out of AgenticOpsStudio text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. To re-subscribe, reply START. For help, reply HELP or contact us at strategy@agenticopsstudio.com.
No Third-Party Sharing
AgenticOpsStudio does not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes. Phone numbers are used solely for delivering the service you requested and for operational communications related to your account.
Client SMS Deployments (TCPA Compliance)
When AgenticOpsStudio deploys SMS automation on behalf of a Client (e.g., lead follow-up sequences), the Client is the message originator and is fully responsible for TCPA compliance, including obtaining prior express written consent from their end-customers before sending automated marketing messages. AgenticOpsStudio provides the technical infrastructure; compliance obligations rest with the Client.
Section 04
Data Handling
Data We Store
For each Client engagement, we store:
- ·Business contact information (name, email, phone, business name)
- ·Onboarding details and workflow configuration data
- ·Call transcripts and lead interaction logs generated by deployed agents
- ·Form submissions from revenue audit and contact forms
- ·Purchase history and billing records (payment card data is handled by Stripe and never stored by us)
Infrastructure & Storage
Client data is stored in a private Supabase database hosted on secure cloud infrastructure. Data at rest is encrypted. All data in transit is protected by TLS/HTTPS. Access to production databases is restricted to authorized AgenticOpsStudio personnel only and is logged.
Data Retention
We retain active Client data for the duration of the service relationship plus 12 months after termination for audit and dispute resolution purposes. Call transcripts and lead logs are retained for 90 days by default; longer retention can be configured. After retention periods, data is permanently deleted from all systems.
Data Portability & Deletion
You may request a full export of your data or permanent deletion at any time by contacting strategy@agenticopsstudio.com. Deletion requests are processed within 30 days subject to any legal retention obligations. Exported data is delivered in JSON or CSV format.
Sub-Processors
We engage the following sub-processors who may handle Client data as part of service delivery:
- ·Supabase — database and authentication infrastructure
- ·Vapi — AI voice agent infrastructure and call transcription
- ·Twilio — SMS and phone number services
- ·Stripe — payment processing (card data never passes through our servers)
- ·Cloudflare — content delivery, DNS, and security
- ·n8n — workflow automation orchestration
Each sub-processor is contractually required to maintain appropriate data security standards. AgenticOpsStudio is not responsible for service outages or policy changes at sub-processors.
Security Incidents
In the event of a data breach or security incident affecting your data, we will notify affected Clients within 72 hours of discovery, consistent with applicable law. Notifications will include the nature of the incident, data affected, and remediation steps taken.

Accessibility Statement
Our Commitment
AgenticOpsStudio is committed to making our website accessible to people of all abilities. We strive to conform to Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standards and continuously work to improve the accessibility of our digital presence.
Measures We've Taken
- ·Semantic HTML structure to support screen readers
- ·Sufficient color contrast ratios throughout the site
- ·Alt text on all meaningful images
- ·Keyboard-navigable interface elements
- ·Readable font sizes and scalable layout
- ·Focus indicators on interactive elements
Known Limitations
Our live AI voice demo embeds may not be fully accessible via screen reader. We are working to improve this. Third-party components such as the Vapi voice widget are subject to those providers' own accessibility support.

Feedback
We welcome feedback on accessibility. If you encounter a barrier, please email strategy@agenticopsstudio.com with the subject line "Accessibility" and describe the issue. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
Formal Complaints
If you are not satisfied with our response to an accessibility concern, you may contact the US Department of Justice Civil Rights Division or your regional accessibility authority.
